Processing Time:
As all of our orders are custom made to order, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. 

International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times vary depending on the destination but generally range from 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for shopping at Naildusa. We take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide the best customer experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. To help ensure your satisfaction, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Non-Refundable Items:
Due to health reasons, nails cannot be returned. 
Wrong sizes - please be sure to refer to our sizing guide before ordering as all our products are custom made to order. 

How to Request a Refund:
Contact our customer service team at support@naildusa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
